Ultrapol RG 03/10 system requires meeting of processing conditions listed below in order to obtain a foam of parameters accordant with a declaration of performance (Deklaracji Właściwości Użytkowych, DWU) and of an appropriate capacity
Room temperature : min 20 oC
Substrate temperature: min 20 oC
Raw materials temperature: 25-30 oC
Temperature „on blocks” 50-55 oC
Temperature „on the hose” 55-60 oC
Pressure 100-130 atm
Humidity of boards and rafters below 20%
Ingredient A requires only slight mixing before spraying and regulation of temperature to the required value. During work, only mixing is required in order to stabilise temperature.
